Different Space Suits

I'm just after realising that there are 2 different suits featured in the pictures and trailers. They have different insignia and the design contrasts are subtle yet quiet obvious. Shaw san be see sporting both, the first one while exploring the temple and the second can be seen when she is legging it away from the crashing derelict and roaming the corridors in front of the SJ suits. I'd say this has to do with the transition from the Prometheus to the Magellan or vice versa and would bank that it reveals something.... if only a little, of the course of the plot!
