Could the green orb possibly be another Space Jockey "materializing" from stasis? It almost looks as if there is a hand below the green light which has manifested.

I think it's the holographic data representation of earth that David was playing with in a scene another trailer. I figure that's the way the data about Prometheus' origin was leaked to the ETI's.
