I doubt they'll be portrayed as good or bad in this movie. They will be neutral, doing what they do just because that's how they operate. Our protagonists will see them as bad because they're a threat. The original Xenomorph is only a monster because we percieve it as a threat like Ripley and co. did in Alien. Truth be told, it's an animal fighting to survive just like us.
