I have assumed for a while now that the giant head and urns were technology of the SJ beings, but after seeing all the bodies and now the SJs clearly running away from something could mean they are visitors to the temple much like we are.. even tho with the flood of trailers the real badass aliens awaiting those who see the movie

I agree. It almost looks like the SJS stumbled into something they couldn't control and were trying to get out when they were wiped out. Maybe the original derelict on LV-426 was being sent from the SJ homeworld to wipeout whatever is on LV-233?

Maybe... There definately seem to be a lot of Dead Space Jockeys laying around and that Hologram does show more than one running away.

i noticed Outlander i posted my discussion right about the same time as yours and is almost the same lol. But yeah i think your onto something there, maybe one got away.. then landed on LV-426 cuz he was feeling tad unwell then boom ALIEN is born? So many possibilities but its fun guessing
