When Noami is talking there is a person (thing) in the background walking on top and from the left to right of the waterfall, but it doesn't really answer much from what I see.

I think the hooded figure in the background is a space jockey from the beginning of the world sequence of the movie.
I think a guy a long time ago claimed he was shown an early test trailer and he described hooded space jockeys walking next to a waterfall, I believe he also quoted the line David says "big things have small beginnings" which later turned out to be correct. Looks like he wasn't making it up

I've also been looking for that everywhere and I don't think there's an English version out there yet. I wonder what that is all about, releasing it in Russian language only. I guess Fox is just living up to its reputation again. And I thought they've done so well so far. Also, still no HD version of the new trailer? Oh well...
