Silver suited crewman and an "SJ"

The guy in the silver suit is just an irrelevant crew member. Its the scene when they come back to the ship and vickers comes out with a flame thrower and decides who she's going to let back on the ship. this guy can be seen in the featurette, standing by the ramp as vickers walks by spouting fire out at the researchers. theres actually a few guys wearing them, they're either mechanics or just the suits issued to the ships crew as opposed to the blue suits probably issued by Weyland. im guessing the guy rising up in front of him is the guy who's face we see turning into liquid metal. they bring him back and vickers tell them he's not coming back on board so they leave him lying or kneeling on the ground, this young man goes to his aid, vickers says "get away from him", soon to be dead crew member (perhaps a medic) replies "we have to help him", at which point "it" gets up slowly, having begun as the new creature and no longer the researcher, and whatever has become of his face is what the soon to be dead crew member is so shocked by.

Yes we can see two silver suited guys in the scene where Vickers has the Flammer. I would imagine as i said before, that they rush back to the Prometheus with the wounded crew members, Vickers is not prepared to let them on. Holloway collapses, Shaw may want to help him up and either at that point. Vickers orders her and everyone back on the ship apart from the two wounded crew members. Or Shaw maybe stays with Holloway outside, i am going for the above that she leaves him as she may feel he is dead, or beyond help. Fifield is confronted by the guy in the silver suit and he kicks off. I do think that not every one is back onboard as we do see some crew running up the ramp shooting. I would say once they eleminate the mutated Fifield, we then see Holloway get back to his feet and want to come aboard but Vickers wont let him and he holds his hand up to to say that he is fine. The biggest question and hole in this scene is.... When does Holloway with the parasite in his Eye Occur? The crew may have made more than one visit at the point the was attacked by the Cobra/Eel.

i too like this. the suits look different. what if it is David and humans return decades later. the suit could just be really dirty.

@seagraves: there's no one returning decades later with a dirty suit. It's just a crew member as gameover said, and those suits can be seen in all of the trailers that have been released.
