Its not a prequel! not the same ship

What is that you've circled in red? And why do those other things have holes in them as if something burst out?

Ive been thinking a bit about this and in one of the trailers/TV slots you see the chair thing rise out of the floor and then sort of fold out there is nothing to say that one room is beneath/above the other or even that the chair is in a ship in the first place. In the first shot from Alien its obviously docked in the Derelict but in the one from prometheus it could be in the temple and then when the ship wants to take off it rises into position hence the difference. We also see a giant hanger door open above the ship so it could rise up into the Derelict prior to takeoff . there may very well be more than one chair.
