Its all in the names theory!!

Seen it mentioned here before but the names of things in this film have a lot of meaning and connotations. The characters that are given 1st names and not "cannon fodder" surnames have given me these theories after looking through a name dictionary. Meredith= Great Chief. Not a theory as we have seen her in Trailers being top dog Peter= Greek for rock.Prometheus the god was bound to a rock so weyland will get upgraded to a SJ and be bound to that chair for his fate to come.
