I agree, looks like they say "they're leaving" in the english version, but it can be that they are commenting the holograms playback. Before the running holograms we didn't have many clues leading to such conclusion, but now it makes perfectly sense. Moreover, Shaw says "If we don't stop it...". It might be a moot point, but she might have said "If we don't stop them..." if there were more than one Engineer as she could refer to the group of Engineers rather than the single ship. edit: @Ruth I hear her say "it", but english is easily prone to misunderstanding. Foreign versions of the trailer, though, say the equivalent of "it"

Yeah, but what about when Shaw says "If we don't stop them, there won't be any home to go back to"? Unless she refers it to something else.
