The planet surface is more interesting to me than the ship.
This appears to have been a planet that was at one point covered in water, flowing all over the place. That's really interesting and could be very pertinent to the back story of why the Engineers were here originally.
I still feel that the opening scene from Dettifoss could be set on LV223 (in a VERY distant past) and not Earth.

why weren't these posted in the media section? there is a place for this and general discussion doesn't seem as good as the image and movie section.

Nice you can see through the ships deck... I wonder if those are 2 different planet surfaces?

@sukkal....I have been wondering why the consensus on the waterfall seems to be Erf. I always thought it was LV-223 because from what I remember from the waterfall scenes in the trailer, the sky is overcast and the background dull, rocky, and dreary- no different from the Prometheus landing site. Is the Erf speculation due to a script leak or something?

It never looked remotely like earth to me.
The vibe is totally LV223/Engineer as far as I'm concerned.

These images take me back to a kind of Isaac Asimov feel....
Looks very cool...Look up his drawings. They appear similar in many ways.

@paul...i'm thinking it's LV whatever, too...and we're gonna be shown how they've raped their planet and ruined it via genetic engineering as a "big lesson"...
