Look at the lines across the ground and at the very bottom of the picture is what I feel is the 'tail-end/s' of 'The Juggernaught'?
I think it is... before they ram into it!

yes, they most definitely are
i keyed onto that the first time i saw this image, i'd guess it's
Scott's way of tying in all of the Earthly alien lore that has
been debating for so many years now
i think it's a pretty cool and subtle nod to certain conspiracies

Yes it is Shardy, indeed!
Note down at the very bottom edge of the image. Save it and load it up and look down on that edge and you tell me that that little lump of browny-grey is not the 'Tail-End' of 'The Juggernaught' in-flight just prior to the Prometheus ramming into it!
What do you think about it?

If not in the shape of the hummingbird and whatnot at Nazca per se, they still look like "straight lines" (i.e. roads that are not 'natural').

yep, this looks like it is towards the end of the film,
both ships are ascending, and about to kiss in the worst possible way
BOOOM...!

Except here , in this case and upon this planet the 'Lines' are in fact the entire alien 'Temple Mount' complex itself!
Makes sense in a way!

Imean either deliberately exposed in a partial manner upon the planetoids surface, else, dust has blown and aquired itself all over the 'original' layout and the entire alien 'Temple Mount' complex got buried 'up to its neck' figuratively speaking as did the Pyramids at Giza in Eygypt.

Vaguely, in that the ones on LV-233 are designed as part of a landing area, and the ones in Nazca are most assuredly not.

Yes, I know I meant in the broadest sense on the part of Ridley Scott of just making/drawing upon the analogy as a way of threading events here to events way back upon Earth light years a way and during a time tens-of-thousands of years in our past...

The Nazca lines are drawn in the shapes of earthly creatures. I wonder if some of the lines on LV223 may show some unearthly creatures perhaps.

Yes! That would be a subtle easter egg, and a little clever. Subtle but clever. That would be Ridley and Co. having a bit of a laugh with the franchise! A good moment perhaps! Corny maybe, but I would forgive them a little for just trying to be "cute" with the idea...

We have already seen a xeno looking thing as a wall mural from the trailers so I wouldn't mind seeing another nod. Would love to see a facehugger Nazca line.
