Excursion suit HUD

During the mission we see some first person perspectives of each character with their names in the HUD. When Fifield made it back to the outside of the Prometheus and Janek tells someone to take a look outside, was Fifield's name on the top of the HUD? I don't remember... The reason why I ask is wouldn't Janek know it's Fifield out there?
