Why? I've seen the movie three times and I still wonder why he thought it was female? LOL!! Can someone please explain the reason for this strange behaviour? ;-)

Now I understand why Millburn wanted so badly to pet the snake, and maybe Fifield was jealous and then he cuts the head of the vagina snake. Now it all makes sense to me.
