Stumbling and falling down...

I apologize in advance if this has been brought up before. I am watching Prometheus, and as often with me, I am still discovering things, for example, when David unknowingly (?) activates the ancient visual recording of the Engineer's station the beginning run of the Engineers I noticed way in the back, an Engineer running then falling. Is this the same Engineer that stumbled and was the last one left behind only to fall down again and this time have the auto doors decapitate his head???
