two locations for urns

It could be a possibility that they was left there intentionally for us to come across them, but then again there is no way of knowing for sure, and its likewise we can not know if those Urns was there when the decapated Engineer Head got their or if they was placed latter.

Its jus one of those things that open to interpretation, the only logical explanation is for me, that LV 223 had some purpose but then after for what ever reason we had displeased the Engineers, they had then decided to change the place to hold the Bio Weapons and they left some clues on Earth latter so that Originally it may had been a invitation or a clue to show us where we came from.

Then latter this would be used as a trap for us should we ever get to LV 223, and should the Engineers mission to Earth fail... which it did.

Ofcourse there are some conflicts to that such as its a large ASSUMPTION by the Engineers that we should find the place, assuming there mission failed. but this could also be that the Urns was placed in that room after the outbreak.. we just cant be 100% sure

You see the way they was going with the Ancient Alien connections, is not to say yes this is the guys behind the Bible, but that the Bible, and every Ancient Culture and ideas, be that Mayans, Native Indians, Summerian, Greek etc etc they are all just a re-telling of interaction with our Engineers as far as the context of the movie...

So he may not literally mean it because we killed Jesus, he is kind of saying maybe the Bible and Jesus story is based on a actual event related to our Engineers that had been misinterpreted as far as the Bible goes... again within in context of the movie...

So basically The Engineer sent a Emisary to kind of warn us of our rebelious ways back in those days of the Roman Empire, and we well Crucified this Emisary....

I think you are correct, as there is a Altar, and my theory does sugest that something is Sacrificed to create the stuff in the Urns, if you look at the Altar and not only the one in the trailer with the Sacrificial Bowl...

But just the Altar in general it has groves running down it as if to catch something and act as Canals to carry it some place?

But also yes the Sterile Atmosphere i think this is the purpose of the Space Jockey suits also, so that when in that Room they to not contaminate the Room and Urns.
