I cant be sure.... i think it would certainly connect to Covenant....
Maybe some Tagline regarding making a Deal with the Devil, but this does not have to be in the literal sense off course...
Prometheus set us down the path of creation and it has many links to theft of fire, punishment and playing with fire that who knows how far we can connect what we saw with the Prometheus Myth and what happened.
The Tag line was showing us that some of the crew of Prometheus wanted to find our Origins and Answers and thus Knowledge.... remember Weyland wanted to find Knowledge that would grant him Life... but in the end they found out the place was a place of Death, and intended to had been a event that was planned for our End.... but something went wrong and that potentially in seek of our beginings, we could uncover a event that could trigger our end.
I am not sure what Covenant will be about, as far as completely.... and i feel its Tale would be spread accross more than one movie...... but the word Covenant has to be relivent and so some deal would have had to had been made... But by Whom? I am sure David or Shaw will be involved in that..... The crew of the Covenant will in most part just be Fodder and Vessels for what ever Plans David has instore..
