Its a body of an adult neomorph or babyhead that trying to hold his victims sholders. Look carefully. We can see his body and legs. (Legs have more joints than normal neomorphs or xenos) The sticky white skin.Or maybe it is a bursting cheastbuster of a neomorph. Like every comment that everyone is talking about.

I think this is test footage for the 'throatburster' that was described in earlier interviews etc.
